2025 Anti-Poverty Fund Applications Now Open
The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) is now accepting funding applications for the 2025 Anti-Poverty Fund. This annual $1.75 million fund supports poverty reduction initiatives in communities across the NWT.
Who Can Apply:
- NWT Indigenous governments and community governing authorities
- Non-governmental organizations demonstrating partnership or support from an Indigenous or community governing authority.
Eligibility Criteria:
Projects must:
- Be located in the NWT
- Align with at least one of the following Territorial Anti-Poverty Strategy priorities:
- Children and Family Support
- Healthy Living and Reaching Our Potential
- Safe and Affordable Housing
- Sustainable Communities
- Integrated Continuum of Services
Application Deadline: 5:00 PM, March 14, 2025
