“The impact the historic flooding in the South Slave is going to be felt for a long time. Recovering from such devastating natural disasters takes time, strength, and patience. I know this won’t be easy for many, but as leaders it’s important you know we are going to do everything we possibly can to support you through these coming weeks and months as you work to rebuild your lives.”
