5.8 magnitude quake shakes Nunavut – CBC
Earthquake originally measured at magnitude 6.4 by U.S. Geological Survey

Nunavut was shaken by a 5.8 magnitude earthquake on Sunday, according to Earthquakes Canada.
The quake struck at 5:47 CT, at a depth of about 19 kilometres. Earthquakes Canada said it did not expect there to be any damages
The U.S. Geological Survey, which originally measured the earthquake at magnitude 6.4, reported that it was centred about 89 kilometres southeast of Resolute.
