Do you have knowledge and experience with restorative justice, social issues and Inuit societal values? Interested in helping victims and offenders? The Pangnirtung Justice Committee is recruiting members.

Justice committees in Nunavut use a community-based approach to assist victims of crime and work with people who have caused harm by committing an offence.

Committee members are volunteers and receive honoraria for attending meetings. Training will be provided.

If you are interested, please submit your résumé and criminal record check to Maggie Kilabuk, Pangnirtung’s Community Justice Outreach Worker at mkilabuk2@gov.nu.ca. For more information, email or call Maggie at 867-473-8018.

Deadline for submission is October 2, 2018.
