Position Summary : This course will introduce students to the techniques used to
measure and assess police personnel, understanding of the on-the-job experiences that can affect the mental health of police personnel, learn about intelligence and personality testing, the effects of experiencing trauma and compassion, the importance of stress management, self-care and fit-for-duty assessments.
Qualifications – Required : Master’s Degree
Qualifications – Discipline : Psychology, Public Safety
Qualifications – Other : Doctorate preferred. Significant work experience in a field
related to course content, specifically with policing and/or psychology of public safety. Success in teaching online courses.
Salary : Online Stipend, $5,019
